Position Overview

Equipment Sustaining Engineer
Job Summary
Responsible for sustaining Die Attach production equipment to ensure high availability, reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

What you need to have:
Maintain equipment uptime.
Troubleshoot equipment failures.
Perform equipment qualification.
Optimize machine parameters.
Improve PM effectiveness.
Support spare part management.
Analyze equipment trends.
Perform root cause analysis.
Support equipment upgrades.

What you need to do:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
3–5 years semiconductor equipment experience.
Knowledge of Die Attach equipment.
PLC and servo troubleshooting is an advantage.
