What You Need to Do
Lead Maintenance Engineers and Technicians.Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Minimize equipment downtime and MTTR.Drive equipment reliability projects.Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget.Support new equipment installation and qualification.Ensure PM compliance.Lead root cause analysis for major equipment failures.Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, ISO and Quality requirements.What You Need to Have
