**Job Description**

This 2nd shift Die Setter position supports a precision powder‑metal manufacturing operation that produces components for automotive, industrial, and specialty applications. You will set up and maintain powder metal presses, ensure tooling is correctly installed and adjusted, and verify that parts meet strict quality and dimensional standards. The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot press and tooling issues in a fast-paced production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up conventional and multi‑action molding presses according to blueprints, control plans, and production requirements.
+ Tear out and remove existing tooling, install new dies, and ensure proper fit and alignment for powder metal presses.
