**San Luis Garbage** , a Waste Connections company, is now hiring for a safety conscious Diesel **Mechanic** to join the team at our Hauling location in San Luis Obispo, CA!

Pay Range: **$32.00 - $43.00 per hour** (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule: **Tuesday to Saturday**

+ Tuesday-Thursday: 1pm-9:30pm
+ Friday: 12pm-8:30pm
+ Saturday: 6am-2:30pm

Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, plus repairs on engines, chassis, body components, hydraulic cylinders, brake systems, suspension systems, cooling systems, wheels, and tires.
+ Inspect equipment and trucks for condition, operations, parts, and fluid levels.
+ Perform 90 day DOT inspections....
