Dietary Aide/Cafeteria Technician

Townsen Memorial Hospital is looking for a Dietary Aide/Cafeteria Technician to join our team! The Dietary Aide role will be responsible for preparing and serving food items to patients, staff, and visitors as well as maintaining food service facilities in a safe and sanitary condition, ensuring health and safety standards are respected, and solving customer inquiries.

Essential Functions:

• Apportions and serves food to patients, employees, or patrons
• Cleans and inspects equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation
• Maintains kitchen and dining area logs of such areas accurately and timely
• Performs serving, cleaning, and stocking duties in order to facilitate customer service
