Position Overview
**Description**
Responsible for the accurate preparation of meals for all diet types and daily forecast/tally for food production and assisting the clinical dietitian(s) and diet technician(s). Directly communicates with patients and/or patient care team regarding meal preferences and physician prescribed diets. Provides direct high-quality customer service in all aspects of the job, to include running the tray line and passing trays.
