Job Summary

The Dietitian Consultant provides expert nutrition guidance and technical oversight to ensure that canteen food services meet established nutritional standards, food safety regulations, and client requirements. The role is advisory in nature and supports menu development, policy compliance, and continuous improvement of food service operations.



Job Description

• Review and evaluate menus for nutritional adequacy and compliance with standards.

• Provide recommendations for healthy, balanced, and cost-effective meal planning.

• Advise on special diet requirements as applicable to canteen operations.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and nutrition regulations.

• Conduct periodic assessments of food service practices.
