We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Dietitian to join the Diabetes Clinic in Grand Prairie, supporting both specialty diabetes services and diabetes in pregnancy programs. In this dynamic role, you’ll be a valued member of an interprofessional team, using your expertise to provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and create individualized, evidence-based care plans for clients living with chronic disease. You will have the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships and support clients in achieving lasting, positive health outcomes.
