Your Opportunity:

This Pediatric Dietitian I position, will be one of three NICU RD positions at the Foothill’s Medical Centre (FMC), reporting directly to the Nutrition Services Manager, Pediatrics & Mental Health, Calgary. This Pediatric Dietitian I is responsible for direct nutrition care for neonates and their caregivers in the Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU. This Dietitian I provides nutrition consultation for a variety of nutritional challenges; including, but not limited to, consultation & care planning for nutrition support via enteral and parenteral means, oral supplementation, optimizing growth and development. This Dietitian I is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, including the NICU dietitian team in Calgary, and collaborates with and/or provides support for the teams as required.
