Position Overview
We're seeking a Digital Ads Specialist to own and scale our performance marketing campaigns. You'll manage substantial ad budgets across Google Ads, TikTok, and Meta (Instagram/Facebook), optimizing for maximum ROI and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
A/B test ad creatives and audiences to maximize performance
Brief creative teams on high-converting ad concepts based on data insights
Requirements
2+ years managing paid advertising campaigns (not SEO) with proven results
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
Strong grasp of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and performance analytics
Compensation: 8-12 LPA (flexible)
You must be able to have some PST overlap in your work hours (until 11 AM PST is ideal)
