Position Overview

We are looking for a Digital and Operations Lead to work within our Marketing Department at our business centre in Castleford.

About the role

The role will involve optimising brand awareness & trial, the online UX and customer targeting to deliver lead gen & Ecommerce sales targets.

On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:

  • Identify new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Work in tandem with the marketing comm’s team and wider marketing team.
  • Manage and develop our website.
  • Optimise the potential from our social media presence, including defining correct channels.

    • We are looking for somebody with 5 years + digital marketing experience and at least 3 years of people management experience. Here are the other skills we are looking for:

  • Experience of marketing automation & CRM and lead nurture (Hubspot experience an advantage).
