The Digital Channel Web Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that IKEA's website and app present a cohesive, visually appealing and inspiring brand experience. This role aims to boost customer frequency and sales by developing and executing merchandising strategies, enhancing user experience, and presenting IKEA products informatively. The merchandiser continually analyzes sales data and customer behavior, collaborates with global and local teams, and aligns digital content with commercial priorities to optimize the online shopping experience. Success in this role is measured by increased e-commerce sales, improved customer satisfaction, and effective integration of commercial and technical developments.
