Role Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and quality of a digital commerce platform within a bioscience business unit. It acts as a QA and operations lead , overseeing platform governance, testing, release management, and production support.

You will partner closely with IT, Product, and Business teams to ensure smooth platform performance, manage incidents, and continuously improve digital commerce systems across B2B customer journeys.
