Role Purpose

The purpose of the DComm Supplier Catalogue Coordinator to manage and optimise the supplier catalogue by ensuring the accuracy and quality of the product catalogue. This role leverages analytical skills to critically analyse data and identify discrepancies in product information and catalogue. Additionally, this role communicates effectively with suppliers, ensuring that they understand the catalogue enrichment standards and encouraging the adoption of the supplier portal. Central to this role is working collaboratively with external suppliers to drive the enrichment of product data, including descriptions, images, and attributes for e‑commerce channels, ensuring that customers have an enhanced digital shopping experience by accessing a comprehensive, accurate, and easily navigable catalogue.
