KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

• SAssist in raising and tracking POs and invoices for digital, CRM, and e-commerce activities
• .Support CRM team in executing brand CRM plans and maintaining campaign calendars
• .Coordinate live stream operations, including scheduling and setup for in-house sessions
• .Align with designers on creative timelines for KV (Key Visual) development
• .Ensure all campaign preparation checklists are completed (creatives, landing pages, captions, admin)
• .Update e-commerce performance tracker weekly and ensure accuracy by month-end
