We are looking for a technically strong and experienced Digital CX consultant for an exciting assignment with one of our clients within the tech industry.

You will be part of a global Digital Customer Experience team responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing online help centers and support portals visited by millions of users worldwide. You will be based at the office in North Bangalore, collaborating closely with internal development teams and stakeholders across the organization, including colleagues at the global headquarters in Europe.

Your Responsibilities
Day-to-day maintenance and development of support sites across mobile and desktop
Prepare, publish, and update support content and affiliated tools on the support sites
