We need someone who is a seasoned Data Architecture and Engineering specialistnot someone who has done a bit of data. This requires someone who has operated at Director level in some consulting background, someone who has the gravitas to face-off to senior stakeholders, shape work, originate opportunities and help take clients on a proper data journey.
