About You

• Extensive experience in digital engineering within infrastructure or water, including strong expertise in Civil 3D and/or Plant 3D
• Proven ability to lead and embed digital delivery standards, workflows, and quality practices across teams
• A hands‑on approach, with the ability to contribute directly to project delivery while coaching others
