About the Role

In Schneider Electric, we are accelerating the digital transformation of our MESA plant and looking for a Digital Engineer to make an impact.

You'll join the Digital & Transformation team, working side‑by‑side with Production, Maintenance, Industrialisation and Data to bring smart, data‑driven and AI‑powered solutions to life. This role is ideal for someone who loves technology, industrial environments and turning data into real operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and scale SMART tools across the plant, implementing digital solutions that automate tasks, improve data capture and support decision‑making on the production lines. Ensure proper integration into existing processes and guide teams during adoption.
