Roles and Responsibilities

Should have understanding of retail assets processes such as onboarding and servicing of
Mortgages, Personal loans, auto loans etc
Identification of business problems, improvement areas/opportunities and resolution of the
same by utilising information technology/intelligent automation as the key enabler
Should be able to work independently/as a team member in collaboration with multiple
stakeholders (Ops/Risk/Compliance/Product/Sales channels/IT etc) for end to end
implementation (from defining problem statement/opportunities till delivery of project)
To conduct regular project reviews with the relevant stakeholders to ensure implementation
and roll out
Preparation of project documents (such as business requirement document, change process
note), assisting business users during UAT and updating regular progress of the project in
hand at every stage
