Position Overview
In this position, you will:
Lead the design of centralized data architecture for large-scale IT systems, oversee conceptual, logical, physical data modeling, establish data naming conventions, support business operations and management decision-makingDevelop a comprehensive data standards framework encompassing data modeling standards, coding standards, metadata standards, and quality standards; drive cross-domain data standardization to eliminate data silosDesign data security frameworks, establish data classification, categorization strategies, and define access control rules (e.g., data de-identification, permission management) to ensure compliant data usage (in accordance with the Data Security Law and Personal Information Protection Law)Optimize data processing performance.
