Digital & IT Senior Analyst Position Summary The Digital and IT Analyst defines, configures, tests, trains and supports business-related information technology requirements and systems. Leads limited scope projects using information technology to enable business improvement and perform critical analysis under limited supervision.
Responsibilities - Lead and manage infrastructure projects including wireless network upgrades, Network MDF upgrades, OT segmentation, Teams Voice implementation, and other related initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end vendor management: coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
