Coordinate and execute cross-channel journeys (email & web) for marketing campaigns and product promotions, including messaging, scheduling, content setup and testing.
Take operational ownership of key journey segments (e.g. product campaigns, ecommerce promos, lead‑nurturing flows).
Collaborate with UX, SEO and analytics to review journey performance and recommend tactical optimisations.
Work closely with the Manager E‑Campaigns and contribute to content calendars, campaign logic and customer segmentation strategies.
Ensure all campaign components (e.g. banners, landing pages, CMS emails) are aligned and technically accurate.
Lead content handover and QA processes with agencies and internal creative partners.
