The main role of this position is to manage and evolve the Learning Management System (LMS – SuccessFactors), while elevating the use of digital capabilities, data, and analytics across global learning initiatives.

This role goes beyond coordination, ensuring operational excellence in learning deployment while driving data‑driven decision‑making, reporting, and continuous optimization of the learning ecosystem.

The Digital Learning Operations & Analytics Specialist will act as a key enabler for scaling learning initiatives through system expertise, automation, and advanced reporting.
