Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and organised Digital Marketing & Admin Assistant to support our growing business across administration, customer engagement, and digital marketing activities. This role combines administrative support with lead generation and outreach, helping drive business growth while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our sales process. Key Responsibilities Administration Schedule product demonstrations and client meetings. Manage Calendly bookings and appointment scheduling. Generate and send invoices through Stripe. Liaise with the software developer regarding client requests and updates. Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems. Provide general administrative support as required.
