QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing — ideally in ICT, technology solutions, or a VAR/MSP/MSSP
company in
the Philippines
• Familiarity with Odoo or a similar CRM platform — understanding of CRM data architecture, marketing
automation,
and campaign management
• Deep understanding of Philippine B2B buying behavior across banking, government, infrastructure, and
enterprise
sectors
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a full-stack marketing operation — strategy through
execution, not just one channel
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or
a related field
• Experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns — email, social media, SEO, events,
content, and paid digital
• Proficiency in SEO / AEO / GEO strategy and implementation with a proven keyword ranking track
