Overview

The Digital Merchandising Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of onsite merchandising activities across e-commerce platforms. He/she contributes to enhancing the digital customer journey by assisting in the optimization of product visibility, category performance, and onsite navigation in alignment with trading and commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly merchandising tasks including product sequencing, categorization, and launch of seasonal edits.
• Upload and validate product badges to maintain product visibility and alignment with promotional strategies.
• Monitor out-of-stock products and fragmentation issues, escalating inconsistencies to ensure site integrity.
• Conduct regular sitewalks to assess and report on content quality, navigation flow, and visual consistency.
