The Role
Youll play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital infrastructure that supports the Talent & Diversity function. By optimising platforms such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), learning management systems (LMS), and employee experience tools, youll drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across the employee lifecycle. Working in close partnership with People, Tech, and external vendors, youll ensure that digital solutions are aligned with organisational goals and deliver measurable impact. Blending digital expertise with talent strategy, youll focus on streamlining systems and processes to enable a seamless, data-informed, and user-centric experience for candidates, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
