The Senior Digital Leader serves as a right-hand partner to the Head of Digital Integration & Operations. This role is intentionally designed as a growth path into broader platform leadership, starting with delivery execution and enablement and expanding over time as scope, trust, and organizational needs evolve.

The initial focus of this role is to help stabilize execution, close delivery gaps, and improve readiness across our digital platforms. As the platform matures, this role has the potential to grow into leading broader aspects of digital platform delivery.
