As a Digital Product Owner, you will drive business growth and improvement through impactful digital initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancement and develop solutions that make a real impact.

What you do

The Digital Transformation team drives strategic initiatives for our branches, contact centre and RM‑Assisted channels. The role and responsibilities of the Product Owner for CRUISE (CRM system) are:

• Assume the role of digital Product Owner (PO) for designated projects and system enhancements for CRUISE
• Lead and contribute to the execution of digital transformation strategy and roadmap by actively engaging in Branch and Contact Centre capability build projects
