Digital Product Owner (PO)
Lead digital initiatives within OCBC’s Digital Transformation team to drive business growth and improve customer experience across branches, contact centre, and RM-Assisted channels.
Responsibilities
- Act as the digital Product Owner for the CRUISE CRM system and other designated projects.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, including epics, user stories, features, and defects.
- Lead execution of the digital transformation strategy and roadmap, engaging with branch and contact centre capabilities.
- Interface with business leads, technology project managers and external vendors to deliver projects within scope, timeline and budget.
- Define and document end-to-end business requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria and support business case development.
