We are looking for a

Senior Digital Project Manager

to work with us within one of our clients, a leading international insurance company involved in Retail and eCommerce digital transformation projects.

The role will be based in Barcelona with a hybrid working model.

Tasks Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects. Define scope, roadmap, timelines, risks and deliverables with stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Marketing, IT and vendors. Drive initiatives related to CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Experience and digital platforms. Monitor progress, manage dependencies and ensure quality delivery. Prepare governance materials, executive reporting and steering committees. Support customer journeys, data flows and continuous improvement initiatives.
