Snapshot of Your Day - Partner with business teams on global CRM/sales operations strategy, implementation, and integration between OCI Apps and other CRM landscape tools
- Identify, prioritize, and communicate process and technical needs to key collaborators (Sales and marketing, field operations, IT, etc.)
- Collaborate / Consult across Siemens Energy Business Areas (BAs); ensuring alignment with IT Architecture, Business Strategy and Steering Committee priorities.
- This may include addressing a Steering Committee and Change Management Board when required.
- Support the development of tools and reporting that interfaces with CRM products. (e.g. Analytics, SAP, contact management, etc.)
