WithinSwiss Markets IT team, this role ensures thestability, quality, and continuous improvement of e‑Commerce, Retail,CRMand Digitalsolutions for theRegion (Switzerland, India, Brazil, Mexico, LATAM).

The position has astrong Run, Supportand Quality orientation , with significant responsibility ontesting, coordination, incident and bug management , while also coveringsmall to medium functional projects and evolutions in close collaboration with Business teams, Global IT, Markets,European ITand external partners.

The role sits at the crossroads ofsupport,quality assurance, and projectmanagement anddelivery , ensuring reliable day‑to‑day operations while supporting controlled evolutions of the digital ecosystem.
