Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Director of Digital Site Merchandising to lead end-to-end digital merchandising excellence across (url removed) and Amazon. This role owns the full lifecycle from optimized listings, to content uploads, to conversion optimizations.

You will be responsible for building best-in-class product detail pages (PDPs), optimizing discoverability through product titles, SEO and taxonomy, and driving conversion through compelling content and site experiences that increase units per transaction/cross sell, average order value, while lowering return rate, and fueling continuous performance improvement.

This is a critical role for a high-volume, growth-oriented business, requiring deep expertise in marketplace dynamics, digital merchandising, and operational rigor.
