About the Role
As a Digital Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping Council connected, productive, and supported. You will provide first and second‑line technical support to staff across the organisation, ensuring reliable access to devices, systems, and tools.
You will manage the full lifecycle of Council's device fleet, from provisioning and deployment to maintenance and replacement. You will administer user accounts, access permissions, and licensing within Microsoft 365, support technology rollouts, hardware deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
