Main Responsibilities
- Collaborates across multiple lines and sectors of business to deliver value added enhancement to both external and internal customers
- Establish and manage robust processes for collecting, analyzing and prioritizing client feedback. Translate the data and feedback into insights and new features development
- Perform project management from incubation to implementation
- Support products and stakeholder teams in the development of digital tools and platforms by providing guidance on best practice, subject matter expertise and sharing the latest Fintech tools
- Co-manage digital channels, innovating to deliver a magnificent customer journey, drive conversion and better engagement throughout Customer Life Cycle
