Job Title: Digital Transformation Delivery Lead

The Delivery Lead – Digital Transformation is responsible for driving the rollout of standardized digital processes and solutions across multiple entities within a high-tech, aerospace, and defense group. The role owns the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from Discovery through Go‑Live and Hypercare, ensuring successful deployment of the Group’s Digital Transformation program.

The role leads cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality outcomes on time and within budget while driving user adoption and adherence to the target operating model. Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation, data migration, stakeholder management, and leadership experience are essential.
