- Drive tendering strategy, pricing approach, and risk positioning
- Ensure full compliance with technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements
- Lead negotiations, resolve disputes, and manage contract risks effectively
- Optimize margins, cost strategies, and commercial outcomes
- Ensure billing compliance with contract terms and improve cash flow
- Analyze KPIs and commercial data to support decision-making
