Your Key Accountabilities

Over the next 1 to 3 years, the Digitalization & Business IT coordinator in Finland will play a pivotal role in shaping the site’s digital future while ensuring operational excellence. The strategic focus of this position will be to:

• Drive Digital Transformation: Lead the development and execution of a site‑specific digitalization roadmap that aligns with broader business objectives. This includes initiating and delivering cross‑functional digital projects that enhance efficiency, enable data‑driven decision‑making, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Simplify and Stabilize the IT Landscape: Establish a clear strategy for the local application ecosystem, aiming to reduce technical debt, retire legacy systems, and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
