Position Overview

The Digitalization Coordinator supports the execution of the Production & Logistics (P&L) digitalization strategy by coordinating initiatives that enhance efficiency, standardization, AI-enabled automation, and data-driven decision making across operations.

This role operates at the intersection of business and IT, working closely with production facilities, corporate functions (Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance), and TRATON partners to deliver scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions.The position is responsible for supporting digital roadmap development, leading business requirements activities, and ensuring effective coordination of digital projects from intake through deployment, aligned with enterprise governance and IT standards.
