Dining Room Manager

JOB PURPOSE: The Dining Room Manager is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the food service program; including both the front and back of the house. Management of menus, staffing, inventory, food handling, preparation/storage, safety, sanitation, and to ensure that residents and guests are consistently offered a superior dining experience.
