**Director, Business Intelligence & Performance Strategy** — Direct Hire

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ (HQ) — Hybrid (onsite Mon/Wed/Fri, remote Tues/Thurs)
**Compensation:** up to–$142,000 base + 10% annual bonus
**Reports to:** Strategic Planning team | Individual contributor, no direct reports

**The Role:**
Sits within Strategic Planning, turning hotel-level and systemwide performance data into strategic insights for executive leadership. Acts as a trusted analytics partner on brand performance, portfolio strategy, and investment decisions.

**Core Responsibilities:**

+ Build and manage executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting
+ Translate complex performance data (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, revenue mix) into clear strategic narratives for execs and the Board
