**Responsibilities :**

+ Set up and operate CNC machines to produce medium- to long-run medical parts according to specifications.
+ Perform basic machine setups, including installing tools, setting tool offsets, and adjusting work holding as required.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements and critical dimensions.
+ Monitor CNC Swiss machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity.
+ Perform tool changes and offsets during production to maintain part quality and minimize downtime.
+ Inspect parts during and after machining using appropriate measuring tools to ensure they meet medical and customer specifications.
+ Troubleshoot basic machining issues related to tooling, offsets, and machine performance and escalate more complex issues when needed.
