**Position Details**

+ **Location** : Santa Clara, CA
+ **Schedule:** Tuesday – Saturday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
+ **Pay:** $24/hour
+ **Start Date:** July 13, 2026
+ **Duration:** 13-week contract (40 hours/week)

**What You’ll Be Doing:**
In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll assist with daily living activities, implement behavior and healthcare plans, and provide engaging, active programming throughout your shift. You’ll work closely with the Program Administrator and leadership team to ensure high-quality care and documentation.

**Requirements:**

+ At least **6 months of DSP or related experience** (IDD experience required)
+ Experience in **adult residential settings** (highly preferred)
+ **CPR/AED Certification**
+ **High School Diploma, GED, or transcripts** (verification required)
