What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years' reservations experience in a tour operating environment (not hotel or car rental)

• Strong knowledge of African safari destinations

• Experience designing bespoke FIT itineraries

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Tourplan experience is advantageous

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

What you'll do:

• Design tailor-made safari itineraries

• Manage reservations from quote through to travel documentation

• Deliver outstanding guest service

• Work closely with suppliers and travel planners

• Promote luxury safari experiences across Africa
