Acts as the executive account leader and trusted advisor to CalPERS stakeholders while ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and service standards. Responsible for governance, performance management, and cross-functional alignment to deliver high-quality, cost-effective member outcomes and sustain long-term partnership success.
