The Director, Actuary Group Disability role is a senior individual contributor position supporting the growth and profitability of Prudential’s group disability products. This role will have ownership for analyzing disability claim experience, developing insights that directly inform pricing decisions, and advancing analytical approaches to better understand emerging trends and drivers of results. This position requires strong actuarial judgment, collaborative technical work, data-driven storytelling, and analytical leadership to answer complex business problems.
