**Purpose**

The Director, AI Enablement is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise AI enablement strategy that drives adoption, value realization, and operational integration of Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the organization.

This role serves as the strategic bridge between business leadership, technology organizations, data & AI teams, and end users to ensure AI investments translate into measurable business outcomes.
