Director, AI Risk Governance Officer

As Director, AI Risk Governance Officer, you will play a key leadership role in enabling the safe, responsible, and scalable adoption of AI across the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) Group.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Agent Governance Program: Create and maintain a comprehensive program for AI agents, including inventory management, autonomy thresholds, risk classifications, and escalation protocols.
• Implement AI Governance Standards: Support the development of AI governance standards, procedures, and monitoring frameworks through stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain Process Documentation: Keep process documentation up-to-date, conduct research on best practices, and stay informed about regulatory developments.
• Build training materials/program: Teach and guide auditors on governance best practices; how to utilize AI in an effective manner; and produce periodic info sheets on latest deve...
